Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to the details you give us on this website. The short version: we only collect what you type into the contact form, we use it only to reply to you, and we don’t track you.

Who is responsible

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• your name, your shop’s name and your email address
• the number of films you stock and car models you want to show
• your budget and your message, if you add them

Like any website, the server that hosts this site briefly records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser and the time of the request, to keep the site running and secure.

That is all. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Its fonts are served from our own server, and the live demo runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.

Why we use it

We use the details from the form to reply to your inquiry and prepare a price for your configurator, which you asked us to do. If you become a client, we use them to work with you. We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

A few services process your data on our behalf, only to deliver and store it:

• Google receives the contact form and stores it in a spreadsheet only we can open.
• [Email provider, country] carries our replies to you and any emails that follow.
• Cloudflare (United States) hosts this website and keeps its technical logs.

Some of these services may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Union. We only use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the law here.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we delete your inquiry [12 months] after our last exchange. If you become a client, we keep what we need for as long as we work together, and invoices and other records for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Hosting logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short time only.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and send you a copy
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your data, or stop using it

To do so, send us a message through the contact form on our home page and mention that it is about your data. We will reply within 30 days. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina or, in the European Union, to the data protection authority of your country.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
